Client Privacy & Imagery: The privacy and comfort of our clients are paramount. Photographs of clients may be featured only with their explicit, written consent. We never use a client's likeness for promotional purposes without this clear authorization. If you are a client and have concerns about an image, please contact us immediately.
Allergy & Sensitivity Warning: Client safety is our utmost priority. Many of our services involve the use of professional-grade cosmetic products, dyes, chemicals, waxes, and specialized equipment. We strongly advise that all clients inform their service provider of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions (including pregnancy), or medications prior to any treatment.
Mandatory Patch Test Policy: To ensure your safety, a patch test is required at least 24-48 hours in advance for the following services:
- All forms of hair coloring, bleaching, and chemical treatments (e.g., Permanent Straightening, Keratin).
- Brow tinting, henna brow application, and lash tinting.
- Certain facial treatments involving new active ingredients or peels.
Failure to complete a required patch test will result in our inability to perform the service, as we cannot assume liability for adverse reactions. A patch test is also recommended for new clients receiving waxing services.
General Offer Terms: Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or specials. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offers at any time. All services are performed at the discretion of our licensed professionals, who will assess suitability during your consultation.
Consultation Required: A complimentary consultation is required before all first-time and certain advanced services to discuss goals, assess suitability, and ensure we can meet your expectations safely and effectively.
